If you don’t keep yourself up to date with the deals on Steam, then you’re pretty darn silly. Right now, they have a cracker of a deal. Far Cry 2: Fortunes Edition for £2.50 for today only!
I have been wanting to play this game for a long time now, and because it’s only £2.50 I am now able to buy it with out paying stupid amounts of money for it! I snapped up this deal, will you? Head on over to the Steam store and purchase this game now!
The trailer has only been out for a couple of days now and already people are calling for the game to be banned as they feel that a scene from the trailer depicts real events which happened in the July 7th London bombings. Don’t these people understand that it’s a damn game? Not to mention, it’s aimed at adults only which will most likely mean it will be tagged with an 18 rating, so shouldn’t be sold to anyone under age!
What I find quite comical about their outrage is the fact that they have completely missed the fact that it’s a game, based on a fictional world war 3 scenario, which was started by the Russians! Please, someone, slap these stupid people! It’s a fucking game, not real life!
This morning was Ryan’s first sports day at his primary school. Kate took some time off of work so we could all be there and support him. Unfortunately we got there 10 minutes after it started and we missed the race he was in, which has really annoyed me. I suppose it will teach me for relying on others.
The good thing though, is that he looked like he had loads of fun and really enjoyed himself.

Sunday 22nd May was my nieces Holy Communion. I don’t know exactly what this is or why she was having it, but I was invited. A couple of days before the day, I asked her mum ( Kate’s sister ) if she wanted me to bring along my camera and take some photos of Marie. Naturally she said yes. I’m still not really confident in using my camera to its full ability yet, but I got some really nice photos.
The ceremony was held at St. James Church, the one where I will most likely be getting married at!

Almost 2 moths ago, Kate and myself decided that we would decorate our bedroom. We got some vouchers from the council when we moved in here, so we took them down to Homebase and bought some stuff that we needed to complete the job.
We borrowed an electric wallpaper steamer stripper to get the wallpaper off. All was going great until the plaster started to crack and explode on us. I didn’t think too much of it. At first it was only a little bit. I eventually stopped and thought to myself that if this carries on, it’s going to be expensive sorting this out, so we stopped and phoned the council the next day to see if I was the one to be doing this, or they would get someone out to sort it.
It was Chloés 3rd birthday yesterday. She has been so excited so well over a week now, and finally she got to celebrate her birthday. I took a fair few photos and I have uploaded some below.
Obviously it isn’t April 23rd, but because I have been so busy and haven’t had access to my computer, I haven’t been able to upload any photos or anything. I have finally got approval from my family to let me upload these photos from that day!
April 23rd is significant to me in two ways. It’s my 8th anniversary with Kate and my Mums 56th birthday. I’m not really going to go into detail with what we all did that day, I am just going to let the photos below tell the story.
I thought I would just brag a bit. Kate and myself have been together now for 8 years as of April 23rd. In that time, we have had 2 lovely kids and are very happy together! I would also like to formally announce that we intend to get married on June 16th 2012, there will be another post over the next few days with more information regarding this, so keep an eye out!
